Hi again!

Hello everyone! It´s nice to be back again!

It feels like it was yesterday when we were in Didactics I, and in the blink of an eye, we are now in Didactics II. 馃槷馃槷馃槑

We had our first English Didactic class last  Thursday, we talked about how the three registers will be distributed and teacher Orlando gave us a little insight on how we will be evaluated, although we won´t have written midterms perse, we will start planning and teaching!

I am pretty excited that we will have a closer look into real-life scenarios. I am sure we will struggle sometimes but I am also sure that we will spend a good time in the class with our future students, so I can´t wait to see what it all will be like!

We also did a surprise diagnosis test and I was quite disappointed by my lack of memory 馃槄 but in my defense, I have to say that maybe I did not remember the names but some important features of each theory and method, so that was a plus. Still, I did pretty bad and I´m looking forward to learning from our experiences this coming semester.

Thanks for reading this short entry stay tuned for the next entries. Have a nice one! See you around!

And we performed grammar and vocabulary topics as teachers. Let´s get into it and review what each one of us presented to the class! Group 1: Vocabulary - Medical Vocabulary Group number one decided to teach medical vocabulary. I really loved their activities and the topic was especially important since we will most likely be interpreting or translating medical-related things, so I found it very useful.  First of all, they started asking some questions, they showed us some medical stuff and we brainstormed as a class, trying to guess what the right term for the image was. Then, the...
